The University of Chicago Public Policy Podcast Network

The UC3P Mission and History

UC3P began as a Harris Student Organization (HSO) at the University of Chicago in Fall 2016. Since then, UC3P has also become a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) and has created numerous podcasts. We are always growing, both in developing our human capital as a student-run organization and in expanding our listenership.

Per our bylaws, the mission of UC3P is to promote the public discourse by creating a series of podcasts that talk about public policy. No topic is too small or large to be discussed. Our vision is to be a locally and nationally recognized student-run podcast network.

UC3P is committed to diversity. The organization seeks to promote all voices equally, regardless or race, color, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation and preference, national origin, disability, marital status, age, political affiliation, religion, and prior arrest record or conviction record.

All members of UC3P must be degree-seeking candidates in good standing at the University of Chicago. No fee or renewal is necessary for membership.

UC3P is led by its Board, which is driven by two Co-Publishers.
